DeBary Flooring

Upgrade Your Builder-Grade Floors

DeBary is just across the St. Johns River from our Sanford showroom, which makes Pace Floor Covering one of the closest full-service flooring companies around. Since 1981, our family-owned business has helped Volusia County homeowners with free estimates, trained and certified installers and a warranty on every installation.

Flooring Services in DeBary, FL

Many DeBary homes are newer builds, and a common request we hear is upgrading builder-grade flooring. Swapping basic carpet for luxury vinyl plank or engineered hardwood, replacing plain tile with large-format porcelain, and adding a tile backsplash in the kitchen can make a newer house feel custom. We also install carpet, custom tile showers and commercial flooring for local businesses.

What We Install

Upgrading Builder-Grade Floors

Builder-grade flooring is chosen to keep construction costs down, not to last. When you’re ready to upgrade, we’ll help you choose floors that fit your style and budget, remove and haul away the old flooring, and install your new floors with the care of a family business that’s been doing this since 1981. Visit our showroom in nearby Sanford by appointment, or we’ll bring samples to you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Pace flooring. From beginning to end the whole process was easy and stress free. Steve came by with some samples and measured the space. There was a quick turnaround time for the quote too! Steve has a great installation crew. They did an amazing job and we're so friendly. My family is enjoying the new floors and with new found confidence in our home, my kids finally want to start having friends over to hang out! A big thank you to Steve and his crew (I'm sorry I can't remember names now). Thank you so much for being a great quality, respectable business that we can trust. Hopefully we can have you back for some carpet in the near future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I could not be any happier with the price, quality of work, or time to complete from start to finish. Steven came to our home, gave us all the options, and even helped us settle on material, and color choice. My wife was speechless with the transformation, she said "it feels like a new home". These guys do awesome work, and it cost much less than I expected. I had a contractor friend verify that they used very high quality flooring, and that it was a great price. We shopped around for weeks before finding Pace Floor Coverings. Best decision we've made in our home since we bought it.
